SHIPPING

When purchases are made, we aim to dispatch between 1-3 business working days and put in discrete packaging. We try our hardest to get deliveries dispatched as soon as possible, dependent on when the purchase was made. Regional and heavy item surcharges apply.

Please ensure you leave your email when placing your order so we can email you when your package(s) have been sent with any tracking information.

Different Shipping Options

• Standard 2day DPD - £7.80: Standard option for packages up to 20kg in weight where items are shipped direct to your home address. 

​

• DPD - Shop to Shop - £4.80: Available on packages with a weight up to 20kg in a box 60cm x 40cm x 30cm where the item is shipped to your local closest DPD store.

 

RETURNS

Welcome to Hydro Eden Ltd. We want you to be happy with our products and service. If you have bought something from us and are not entirely satisfied you can always ask to have your money back subject to the item being unused and in the same new condition we supplied it to you in, in original packaging.

If returning in person, we also request that you have your receipt with you when you return the item to us. A 10 day limit applies to this guarantee.

Items damaged in transit need to be reported to us within 48hrs of delivery.

IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR GOODS SAID TO BE DAMAGED ON DELIVERY.

For your refund, please note:

• Goods will need to be in their original packaging and not have any visible signs of use

• Postage of items returned to us will be at your own cost. We suggest using tracked shipping to track your items and sending us a copy via email with the tracking number and item(s) being returned to us as we cannot be held accountable if your item being returned has been lost during transit.
